Delegation Fee $1,195 until July 31 ($1,295 after)

Recommended Attire : Business Casual for all Active America sessions

Hotel Reservations :Please call the Atlanta Marriott Buckhead directly and ask for the special Active America rate of $159/night, ph: 888-855-7741.

Cancellation Policy : All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received on or before 10/1/10 are refundable, however a cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted for those paying by check and $75 for those paying by credit card. Cancellations after 10/1/10 are non-refundable.

Destination Presentation to Japanese tour operators ($695).
In addition to your introduction, there will be an opportunity to make a 10-minute presentation to the entire Japanese delegation. The cost is $695 (in addition to the registration fee). Limited availability - first come, first serve.
