Cancellation Policy : All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received on or before 3/17/08 are refundable, however a cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted for those paying by check and $75 for those paying by credit card. Cancellations after 3/17/08 are non-refundable.

Destination Presentation to Japanese tour operators ($695).
In addition to your introduction, there will be an opportunity to make a 10-minute presentation to the entire Japanese delegation. The cost is $695 (in addition to the registration fee). Limited availability - first come, first serve.

Volunteer as a Navigator for the Alamo Rent-A-Car Fly Drive on April 20, 2008, and get extra "face time" with the operators.. We are looking for people who would like to volunteer to be a "navigator" during the Active America/Alamo fly-drive on April 20, 2008. As a navigator, you would accompany approximately three Japanese delegates on a full-day driving/activity tour of the Detroit area. All volunteers will be afforded the opportunity to receive valuable additional time with Japanese tour operator delegates.
